What we collect

When you submit payment details on circuitclub.in, we collect:

• Your full name, email address and WhatsApp number
• Your Luma username or Luma registration email
• Your UPI transaction ID (UTR), the event and the amount
• Your confirmations that you paid the correct amount and accepted the booking terms

The website does not upload or store payment screenshots. You send your screenshot to our team directly on WhatsApp, where it is used only to verify your payment. We never collect UPI PINs, OTPs, card numbers or bank login details.

Why we collect it

To match your payment to a bank credit, approve your Luma registration, contact you about your booking and send event information such as the date, time and venue.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored in a secured database (Supabase) accessible only to approved organisers. Transactional emails are sent through Resend. Anonymous, cookie-free page analytics are collected through Vercel Web Analytics. To prevent abuse we store a one-way hash of your IP address for a short period — never the address itself.

Luma

Event applications, approvals, reminders and entry are managed on Luma. Information you give Luma is handled under Luma’s own privacy policy.

Photography and filming

Photos and videos are taken at events for promotional and community content. If you don’t want to be featured, tell the event team at check-in.
