Event & booking terms

Drop 001 — the event

DROP 001 — Circuit Running is a social community run, not a competitive race or a marathon. It takes place on Sunday, 4 October 2026 at 6:00 AM at Euphoria Cafe, 880, 6th Cross, Koramangala Club Road, near Koramangala 6th Block, Bengaluru. Participation is at a social, self-chosen pace.

Passes and payment

  • The pass costs ₹499 per person and is paid directly by UPI to the account shown on the booking page.
  • Pay only to the UPI details published on this website. We are not responsible for payments made elsewhere.
  • Each UPI transaction (UTR) can be submitted once.
  • Opening a UPI app, or a payment screenshot on its own, does not confirm a booking — every payment is checked against the bank credit.

Confirmation and entry

  • After paying, submit your UPI transaction ID (UTR) on the booking page and send your payment screenshot on WhatsApp as instructed.
  • A booking is confirmed only after the organisers verify the payment and approve your Luma registration. Until then its status is “verification pending”.
  • Show your approved Luma registration at check-in. Applications, screenshots or unmatched transactions are not event passes.
  • Capacity is limited; registrations close when the event is full.

Refunds and transfers

A refund and transfer policy has not yet been published. Please contact us on WhatsApp at +91 70138 48632 before paying if you need clarity.

Health and safety

Take part only if you are fit to do so, run within your own limits and follow instructions from the event team. Wear suitable clothing and footwear and bring your own water.

Content

Photography and video recording will take place during the event for promotional and community content. If you do not wish to be featured, please inform the event team during check-in.

Networking and outcomes

CIRCUIT creates the room for people to meet. We do not promise paid work, brand deals, followers, collaborations or social-media exposure.
